Last updated: May 2026. Please read these terms carefully before
completing your purchase.
1. License Grant
Upon payment, Dassore grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license
to use the XeroOps CLI software and associated AMIs. The license is
valid for use within a single AWS account, identified by the Account
ID bound to your license file at activation time.
2. One-Time Purchase
This is a one-time payment of $4,950 USD. There are
no subscriptions, recurring fees, or platform charges. AWS
infrastructure costs (EC2, S3, data transfer) are billed directly by
Amazon to your AWS account and are not included in this purchase.
3. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product — specifically, the
immediate delivery of a cryptographically signed license file —
all sales are final. No refunds will be issued
after the license has been delivered to your email address. If you
have not received your license within 30 minutes of purchase,
contact
support@xeroops.com.
4. Account Binding
Your license is cryptographically bound to a single AWS account ID.
The license cannot be transferred to a different AWS
account.
If you need to migrate to a new account, contact support — account
rebinding may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Permitted Use
You may use XeroOps to provision infrastructure for your own
projects and products. You may not redistribute,
resell, sublicense, or use XeroOps to build a competing
infrastructure provisioning product.
6. Software Updates
Updates to the XeroOps CLI (v1.0.x) are provided free of charge and
available at
xeroops.com/download.html. Major version upgrades (v2.0+) may require a new license
purchase.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
XeroOps is provided "as is" without warranty of any
kind. Dassore is not liable for data loss, infrastructure downtime,
AWS charges, or any indirect damages arising from use of this
software. You are responsible for your own AWS account security and
costs.
8. Support
Email support is provided at
support@xeroops.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers CLI
usage and provisioning issues — AWS account configuration,
networking, and application-level concerns are outside scope.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada
applicable therein. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out
of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or
validity thereof, shall be determined by arbitration administered by
the
International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR)
in accordance with its
International Arbitration Rules. The seat of
arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The
language of the arbitration shall be English.
